Acknowledgments
We at CIT would like to extend embarrassingly effusive thanks to our many friends and colleagues who have helped us through the time-consuming and challenging process of getting our company off to a great start. We absolutely couldn't have done it without you!
First and foremost, we're deeply grateful to have been the beneficiaries of the vision, talent, knowledge, and skill of Kevin Omura and Dan Strickland at Kuleana Design. Quite frankly, Kevin and Dan have bigger fish to fry, but they have been so generous with their time and energy. To our clients, the most obvious things that they're responsible for are CIT's striking dragon logo, the layout of our site (including the beautiful header and menus), and the design of our business cards, but they've done so much more in terms of giving us their insight and advice, hooking us up with other great companies (Purr, LMi, and Greener Printer), and making us feel even more confident and excited about our company. In short, they have given us a professional face to go with our professional attitude. Thanks, guys!
To anyone who needs to have any kind of design-related work done, I strongly recommend that you put it in Kuleana's capable hands. You will not be disappointed. Based in San Francisco, they can be reached at (415) 282-3211.
Lindsay at Purr Design did a fantastic job setting up the technical aspects of our website so that I, someone who had almost no previous experience with building or maintaining websites, could really hit the ground running and get a lot done with this site in the very limited time I've had to devote to it. In fact, she did such great initial work (and CMS Made Simple is so user-friendly) that I haven't had to bother Purr with any content management-related questions since then, though Lindsay quickly and cheerfully fixed an unrelated problem that caused parts of the site to go down.
Thanks also to our website host, LMi, whom we couldn't be happier with. Great service at a great price.
Greener Printer is an environmentally responsible company that has given us high-quality business cards at a very reasonable rate.
Thanks to Mark Kao for providing us with a great selection of his beautiful photographs for use on this site. They bring our itineraries to life by showing just how awe-inspiring the places we can take our clients to actually are.
Thanks also to the many talented photographers who have made their photos publicly available for use through Creative Commons licenses. You will see their beautiful work everywhere on this site. We're glad to have these photographs to help us show our clients the wonders of China in a legal manner, and we're also glad that our website can serve as a gallery for their work and hopefully draw attention to them.
Special thanks to the photographers who have given me special permission to use some of their copyrighted photographs: Aaron Yu, Daniel Poon, CT Leow, Daisy Lin, Bon-yu Chu, Dave Heisley, John Meckley, Peter Hunziker, Juergen Nyhuis, Ying Chen, Sean Maynard, Blake Kirkland, "XNing," "Alanablue," Alex "Pummel," Derek Chen, Hailang Zhang, and Eva Lee. You can check out some of their wonderful work in our photo itineraries. I haven't yet had a chance to use photos from all of these photographers, but their generosity is appreciated nonetheless.
Thanks also to CIT's own Anna Qin and Tracy Liu for their hard work taking photos and for letting me use them on the site. (And, of course, infinite gratitude goes to you two for a million other reasons, too. You guys are great!)

Forgive me if I've forgotten anyone!
Thanks to our good friends in the travel industry who have helped us in various ways. I'd especially like to give a long-overdue thanks to Silvia Sun for her instrumental assistance.
Thanks, finally, to the many clients we served in 2009 who helped make it a very successful year for us. 2010 is already looking even better!
